Saddi M. Iesh Al Maddi, a 69-year-old male patient, was brought to the emergency department of Private Umit Hospital by his relatives from the emergency department of another hospital while in poor general condition, unconscious, weak and comatose. Al Maddi, who was diagnosed with diabetes, was first examined by Gökçe Kundakçı, an internal medicine specialist. The doctor said that the patient was unresponsive to external stimuli, unconscious and comatose.
